In CyberNetwork, validators play a vital role by securing the network. In the network, there is 300 validator nodes in total and each validator can create their own staking pool. Staking pools help validators create their own source of income. By creating a staking pool, you can get delegators into your staking provider and charge stakers some service fee if you don't want to keep the juicy APR for yourself with your own validator nodes.
